Negativa utsläpp, bland annat infångning och lagring av utsläpp från förbränning av förnybar råvara, ska bli en del av de svenska planerna för att nå målet noll klimatutsläpp netto till år 2045. Bio-CCS hjälp nå klimatmålet enligt regeringens utredare
KLIMAT Klimatmålet för år 2045 ska kunna nås med 10,7 miljoner ton negativa utsläpp. En del av det ska komma från lagring av utsläpp från icke-fossila källor, bio-CCS. Det föreslår regeringens utredare Åsa-Britt Karlsson.
