Right now we are looking for a Director Responsible Business that is going to be our subject matter expert within Volvo Construction Equipment. We want you who can build responsible business competence within the organization and also ensure that processes and tools are in place enabling responsible business throughout the value chain, with specific focus on the sales process.

You should support and collaborate with sales responsible to give advice, create and implement mitigation plans for concerned deals and improve the responsible sales screening process in cooperation with the sales regions.

We want an agile leader who is both a motivating influencer and a decision maker who can establish and maintain good relations and cooperation with third parties for responsible business and risk mitigation. With a holistic and strategic perspective, you have the ability to influence by cooperation with others in the area of responsible business.

To be successful in this position, we believe you have the following skills:

  • Responsible sales expert knowledge (business ethics, environment, social, human rights)
  • Drive to continuously learn and improve
  • Understanding of international business to business relations, specifically on the sales process
  • High level of integrity and personal judgment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaborative and diplomatic skills
  • Fully proficient in English and Swedish
  • The position will report to VP Environment & Sustainability and can be located in any of our Swedish sites Göteborg, Hallsberg, Arvika, Braås or Eskilstuna.
